Quiet Zone is a sleep aid app that provides a good sleep environment for more people. Every person who loves life deserves a good sleep. Quiet Zone will continue to provide users with free white noise, meditation and other diverse sleep aid services.

How to opt out:

If you want to opt out and don't want to simply provide your information

Uninstall the application in the standard way, and even the data in the cache will be deleted

Click the Delete Account button and we will permanently delete your information.

We provide free services and hope to benefit users. We attach great importance to the confidentiality of customer information, and we promise not to use customer information at will for the purpose of not benefiting customers. We promise not to trade with any third party or modify customer privacy information.

When you ("you", "your", "user") use our app Quiet Zone. Please take the time to read these Terms of Use and other agreements carefully.

1. Other agreements

Our disclaimer - describes the scope of your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these other agreements and agree to be bound by them.

2. Use our services
2.1 Compliance with the Terms of Use. Your access to and use of our Services is subject to these Terms of Use, other agreements you have agreed to in Clause 1 above, and any applicable laws, rules and regulations applicable to our Services.

2.2 Age Requirements. Although we do provide content suitable for children, it is not appropriate for children to use our Services without the supervision and approval of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13 (or the legal age of majority in your state, territory or country of residence), you may not register or use our Services or provide us with your Personal Data.

2.3 Binding Agreement. By registering for our Services or accessing any Content, you enter into a binding agreement with us and confirm that any information you provide to us is always true, accurate and complete and that you are:

A. At least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state, territory, or country of residence), you agree and agree to be bound by these TOUs and other agreements;

B. At least 13 but under 18 (or under the age of majority in your state, territory, or country of residence), your parent or guardian has consented to your use of our Services and access to any Content. Such consent shall also include consent on your behalf to these Terms of Use and other agreements (including any modifications you make to our account).

2.4 Operation and use of your account. You are responsible for all uses of your account, including use of your account by other members of your family or real-world friends. By allowing others to access your account or creating a profile in your account, you agree to be responsible for ensuring their compliance with these Terms of Use and other agreements, and you agree to be responsible for their activities while using our services.

2.5 Accurate Data. You acknowledge and warrant that all data and information you provide to us is accurate in all respects and you agree to timely update your said Registration Data as necessary to keep your said Registration Data accurate at all times.

2.6 Software Updates. By downloading, installing or using our Services, you agree to receive automatic software updates (if applicable).

2.7 malicious software. You must not knowingly or recklessly introduce viruses or other harmful components, or otherwise tamper with, damage or damage our services or connected networks, or interfere with the use or enjoyment of our services by any person or entity.

3. User Content

I. Definitions: As used in these Terms, the term "User Content" means any content uploaded, posted, or transmitted (collectively, "Posted") to the Service by the User, including but not limited to any text content, photos, and sounds. Please note that "User Content" here does not include content provided by the Company to users through the Service (hereinafter, "Company Content"), which is defined as all content provided by the Company to users through the Service, including but not limited to any text, graphics, photos, software, and interactive features.

II. No User Content Filtering: Users may post User Content to or transmit through the Service. While we do our best to ensure that all User Content complies with our Community Guidelines (which you can view on our app), we do not pre-screen any User Content that is submitted or publicly posted by a user. However, we reserve the right to remove, disable, or temporarily block any User Content that: (i) we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, or (ii) in response to complaints from other users, with or without notice.

Since we cannot audit all User Content, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, authenticity, appropriateness or quality. Therefore, any use or reliance on any User Content is at your own risk.

III. Ownership of User Content; License: You are the owner and retain the right to post and display User Content on and through the Service.

However, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, transferable, royalty free license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, and make available to the public derivative works in any media and format now known or hereafter developed, and otherwise develop and use all User Content you post or distribute through the Service for the purposes of (i) advertising, marketing, and promoting the Company and the Service; (ii) displaying and sharing your User Content with other users of the Service; and (iii) providing the Service in accordance with these Terms.

If you terminate your account or remove any of your User Content from the Service after posting, then your User Content license will be permanently and irrevocably terminated. In addition, you grant us and our affiliates and business partners an unlimited worldwide royalty free license and the right to use your username, image, voice and likeness to identify you as the source of any User Content. Please note that you may not post any User Content on or through the Service that you believe to be confidential or proprietary.

Any User Content that you post or post through the Service or otherwise send to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and will be processed and used by us, and the Company may use such Content without notice and without liability in accordance with these Terms. It should be noted that the authorization mentioned in this paragraph includes, but is not limited to, the right to copy your User Content on a royalty-free basis, which means that you grant us the right to use your User Content without paying royalties to you or any third party involved in the creation of the User Content.

IV.

User Content Restrictions: By posting User Content to the Service, you must comply with the following restrictions: (i) You must be the owner of User Content that you post or post through the Service, or have the right to grant a license as set forth in these Terms; (ii) User Content that you post and use yourself or through the Service must not infringe any person's right to privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual rights, intellectual property or any other right; (iii) Posting your User Content on the Service shall not require us to obtain any further license from any third party or pay any royalties, fees, remuneration or other amounts, or make it available to any third party

Any attribution; (iv) posting your User Content on the Service shall not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.

V. Prohibited Content: You may not post any User Content that we determine is considered "Prohibited Content," including but not limited to the following:

Pornographic content, including pornographic or erotic content (involving icons, captions or descriptions, etc.). We have a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse images. If we find any user content that contains child sexual abuse images, we will immediately report it to the appropriate authorities and delete the submitted user account;

Violence and bullying content, i.e. User Content must not contain material that threatens, harasses, or bullies other users or third parties, including violence, gratuitous harm, or other depictions of any person's location or property, or incites violence, including suicide.

Hate speech, which means that User Content must not promote prejudice, discrimination, hatred, intolerance or racism, or target any individual or group, based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, retirement status, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Sensitive event content, i.e. user content that may be considered capitalized or lacks reasonable sensitivity to natural disasters, atrocities, conflicts, deaths or other tragic events, is not allowed;

Illegal activity content, using the Service for any illegal or illegal purpose, including but not limited to tracking and sexually exploiting any user

Content that infringes intellectual property rights, i.e. user content that infringes the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.

Term and Termination of Terms

The validity period of these Terms. The validity period of these Terms begins on the date of your first use of the Service and continues until you or we terminate these Terms.

Termination. You may terminate all other Services by removing your account and the App from the mobile device on which the App is installed. If you wish to remove any User Content from the Service, you may do so using the Licensing feature of the App, but removing or removing such User Content does not terminate these Terms. If you violate these Terms or any terms of our App, or violate the rights of any third party copyright holder, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate these Terms and your access to all or any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such termination through the email address associated with your account or on a case-by-case basis when you next attempt to access your account, but this may not always be possible.
